Terms and conditions
Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms apply when you book a consultation through moreconfidence.co.uk and when you use this website. Please read them before you book. By booking, you agree to them.
About us
This website is run by International Andrology Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 09491208), registered office 78 Seymour Place, London W1H 2EH. Our clinic is on the first floor, 22 Upper Wimpole Street, London W1G 6NB. International Andrology is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Contact us on 020 3051 3060 or at [email protected].
Booking and payment
Our consultation fees are:
- Consultation in clinic: £100. You pay £50 online when you book and £50 at your appointment.
- Video consultation: £50, paid online when you book.
You pay online by card through Stripe, our payment provider. Your booking is confirmed when your payment goes through and we send you a confirmation email. If you go ahead with treatment, your consultation fee comes off the treatment price. If you decide not to have treatment with us, we refund your consultation fee in full: just let us know.
If someone else books your chosen time while you're paying, we refund your payment in full automatically and ask you to choose another time.
Prices may change at any time, but a change won't affect a booking we have already confirmed. Where VAT applies, it is included in the price. Any treatment is agreed separately after your consultation, and we will give you its full price before you decide.
Changing or cancelling your appointment
You can cancel or move your appointment free of charge if you tell us at least 48 hours before it starts. Call us on 020 3051 3060 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, except bank holidays) or email [email protected].
- If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, we refund everything you paid online, in full, to the card you used.
- If you move your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, your payment carries over to the new time.
- If you cancel or move with less than 48 hours' notice, or don't attend, the amount you paid online is not refunded.
Refunds usually reach your card within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
If we need to cancel
Occasionally we may have to cancel or move an appointment, for example if your clinician is unavailable or because of an event outside our control. If this happens, we will contact you promptly and offer a new time. If you'd rather not rebook, we will refund everything you have paid in full.
